Terms

1. Who we are
Stimpy is a trade name of Timmy Rodiers, Oplinterstraat 12, 3350 Wommersom, Belgium, company number BE 0535.961.820, email signor@stimpy.be. In these terms we call ourselves “Stimpy” or “we”. We call the client “you”.
2. Scope
These terms apply to every quote, assignment and invoice from Stimpy. Deviations only apply if we accept them in writing. Your own general terms do not apply unless we agree so in writing. Our services are aimed at businesses and organizations. If you work with us as a consumer, the rights the law gives you always continue to apply.
3. Quotes and prices
- A quote is valid for 30 days, unless it states a different term.
- Prices are in euros, or in US dollars or British pounds if the quote says so. They exclude VAT where VAT applies.
- The assignment starts as soon as you accept the quote in writing or by email.
- Work that is not in the quote is only charged after you approved it in advance.
4. Our plans
- Stimpy Scan: fixed price, payable after delivery of the report. We aim to deliver within ten working days after the intake; that term is a guideline.
- Stimpy Site: we invoice 50 percent at the start and 50 percent at delivery. The site counts as delivered when it is online or when you approve it, whichever comes first.
- Stimpy Growth: a monthly assignment with a minimum term of three months. After that you can cancel per month, with one month’s notice. We invoice monthly in advance.
- Stimpy Network: according to the quote and the agreement we draw up together.
- Stimpy Academy: per program. You can cancel free of charge up to ten working days before the first session. If you cancel later, we charge half of the price. A session can be moved in consultation.
5. Your cooperation
You provide the information, texts, images and access we need in time, and you make sure you have the rights to let us use them. If an assignment is delayed because something is missing on your side, the deadlines move accordingly.
6. Content and AI
We write texts with the help of AI tools and review them before they go online. You approve the content about your own business before publication and remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, such as prices, services and contact details.
7. Results
We do everything reasonable to make your site easy to find in Google and in AI search engines. How search engines rank your site and whether AI search engines cite you is outside our control. Our commitment is therefore an obligation of means: we do not guarantee rankings, visitor numbers or mentions.
8. Payment
Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. In case of late payment, the interest and the fixed compensation provided for by the Belgian Act of 2 August 2002 on combating late payment in commercial transactions are due by operation of law and without notice of default. If a reminder remains unanswered, we may suspend the work until payment has been received.
9. Complaints
You report complaints about a delivery or an invoice in writing within eight days of the delivery or the invoice date. A complaint does not suspend payment of the undisputed part.
10. Intellectual property
After full payment you may freely use the design, texts and images we created specifically for you. Our own software, methods, templates and tools, including the system we use to generate and manage content, remain our property; you receive the right of use you need to use your site. Third-party services, such as hosting, fonts or image libraries, are subject to the terms of those third parties.
11. References
We only mention your name or show your site as a reference with your permission.
12. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount we invoiced for the assignment the damage relates to. For Stimpy Growth, that is the amount of the last three months. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit, loss of data or loss of revenue, nor for outages of third-party services. These limitations do not apply in case of intent or gross negligence.
13. Confidentiality and personal data
We treat all information you give us confidentially. How we process personal data is explained in our privacy statement. If we process personal data on your behalf, we sign a data processing agreement at your request.
14. Applicable law
These terms and all assignments are governed by Belgian law. In case of a dispute, we first look for a solution together. If that fails, the courts of the judicial district of Leuven, Belgium, have jurisdiction.
15. Language
These terms are also available in Dutch. In case of a difference between the two versions, the Dutch version prevails.
